1985 – 1997 I have been involved in management and ownership of some of the largest franchise organizations. My last office was Coldwell Banker Center Realty Inc. at 222 Dixon Rd. I built this office from 15 to 67 agents during one of the worst times in the history of Real Estate. Due to partnership issues, I sold the company in 1997.

1997 – 2005 Associate Broker at Re/Max and Sutton Group.

2005 – Starting PRO–NET Realty Corp. Now in a process of building a Network of Professional Realtors.
It is my opinion that the traditional broker model is not built to accommodate today's demands by agents who are looking for higher commissions and lower broker fees.
This is partly due to advances in technology, combined with the effects that the internet has had on the Real Estate Profession. Internet technology has empowered both agents and the public to do business differently.
Today’s technology: cell phones, pagers, blackberry, e-mail, voice mail, and agents web sites, has made the agent so mobile that many agents need their broker office just to drop off the paperwork.
In conclusion, many agents continue to pay their broker for services that they do not use.
The public has also been empowered. We now know that 77% of potential homebuyers start their search on the Web.
We as Broker Owners must now focus our efforts in generating leads from our lead generating Company's Web Sites and converting those internet home searches into home purchase leads for our agents. Our multiple lead generating web sites do just that.
